Shannon Ashton
Director, SMSF Specialist
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Major, Finance Minor) from the University of Wollongong and is an accredited SMSF Association Specialist. With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, he made his first property investment at just 19, building a diverse real estate portfolio. In 2021, he launched two business ventures: 'Escape Place Cafe' and his bookkeeping firm 'Ashton & Associates.' By 2023, Shannon expanded his entrepreneurial pursuits with 'Gleam Team Cleaning.'
Drawing from his rich life experiences, Shannon provides personalized and practical advice to his clients. He attributes his success to the guidance of his mentors and believes strongly in both self-confidence and empowering others.
In his downtime, Shannon enjoys spending time with his children, Ella and Leo, catching up with friends, and indulging in the occasional poker game.
He was born on the Central Coast and relocated to Batemans Bay at 8yrs of age.

Chelsea brings a wealth of business experience, having operated as a sole trader providing NDIS and palliative care services. She now manages operations for Shannon's business, Gleam Team Cleaning, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
With expertise in bookkeeping, scheduling, and Xero software, Chelsea plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency of the business.
In her personal life, Chelsea enjoys quality time with her two children, as well as staying connected with family and friends.
Coral Anderson

Coral brings over 20 years of experience as a legal secretary, along with three years working in real estate. With a passion for property investment, she has successfully purchased, renovated, and flipped over 20 properties in the Batemans Bay area since moving there in 2000.
Active in her community, Coral enjoys volunteering and has supported organizations like the Salvation Army, Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, and Respite for Children with Disabilities. She is also involved in local council elections.
In her downtime, Coral stays informed on current events, politics, and legislative changes.
